Closing Tracker is a web-based program that enables up to six individuals involved in an escrow transaction to follow a closing online. Each transaction has its own unique "To Do List", a list of items and their completion status. You will be notified periodically as items our crossed off the list. You may also check your file's status online.
How it works: Once we receive the email addresses of the Closing Tracker participants, the program generates a unique username and password for each individual selected. After receiving a password, Closing Tracker allows you to view your transaction online by entering your username and password.
