Residential & Commercial Department

The Residential and Commercial Department of our Seattle branch handles residential, commercial, refinance and Section 1031 exchange, and business opportunity closings. Terry Jaynes, with over 40 years escrow experience, is the PES General Manager and oversees all closings at our Seatle branch.  Terry is also the Administrator of our state-of-the-art closing software system, Streamline, including Green Folders paperless filing software.

Relocation/REO Department

Our Relocation/REO Department, located in our Seattle branch, handles relocation and REO closings.  Our unique structure as an independent escrow company is crucial to providing a high level of service to relocation companies nationwide. We currently provide services in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, Texas, and South Dakota.  To view a map of the states that our Relocation/REO department services, click here.

Patti Southard, Manager of our Relocation/REO Department, has worked with our company since 1984, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of commercial and residential escrow procedures.  Prior to her career at Professional Escrow Services LLC, Patti spent ten years with Great Western Bank as relocation services coordinator and loan servicing supervisor, followed by five years at Prudential Relocation Management as Relocation Coordinator.

From North
Take I-5 South to Exit #172.  (85th Street Exit toward NE 80th Street.)  Turn slight left to take ramp toward NE 80th.  Stay straight to go onto Corliss Way N.  turn slight right onto NE 80th Street.  Stay on 80th Street to 8th Avenue NW.  Turn left on 8th Avenue NW.  Turn right on NW Market Street.  Professional Escrow is in the Ballard Building, which is about  1 1/2 miles on right side of street.  The entrance to the Ballard Building is two doors west of Starbucks on the right side of the street.  PES is on the 4th floor.  Client parking is available on 56th Street in the Ballard Health Club parking lot.  Park only in stalls designated for Malone & Associates & PES.  Additional paid parking is available in the Ballard Square parking lot, directly east of the Ballard Health Club lot.

From South

Take 1-5 North to the 7th Avenue NE/45th Street exit.  Turn left unto NE 45th Street.  Turn slight right onto N. Midvale Place N.  Midvale Place becomes N. 46th Street.  Turn slight left to stay on N. 46th Street.  North 46th Street becomes N. Market Street.  PES is 1 1/2 miles in the Ballard Building on right side of NW Market Street. The entrance to the Ballard Building is two doors west of Starbucks on the right side of the street.  PES is on the 4th floor.  Client parking is available on 56th Street in the Ballard Health Club parking lot.  Park only in stalls designated for Malone & Associates & PES.  Additional paid parking is available in the Ballard Square parking lot, directly east of the Ballard Health Club lot.
