Ken Vogt, DEO, is the Closer/Manager at our Northgate Branch, and the Administrator of our state-of-the-art closing software system, Streamline.

Ken’s expertise and versatility as a former mortgage professional with over 16 years experience encompassing originations to servicing gives him added value as a  closer of residential, commercial and business transactions.    Customers, clients and real estate agents who have worked with Ken in the past can vouch for his excellent communication and customer service skills. 

Ken is responsible for closing of residential, commercial, refinance, and business opportunity transactions in our Northgate Branch, training and mentoring new employees and staff members in closing procedures and use of Streamline, and lends his considerable expertise as the Administrator of the PES software system.
